All Levels Flow Yoga appeals to those who want a good & spiritual workout through gentle & extended asana flow. These classes offer a physical and intellectually stimulating yoga experience. Each class goes by a theme, which is explored through yoga scripture, chanting, meditation, Vinyasa (flowing asana sequences), hands-on adjustments, Pranayama (breathing exercises), Sanskrit chanting, Yogic philosophical teachings and deep relaxation with music.
